Josh has more than 8 years of public accounting experience working in the manufacturing, technology, restaurant, and real estate industries. He has managed and performed tax and advisory services in the areas of federal and multi-state taxation for corporations, flowthrough entities and individuals. He has experience in the preparation and review of ASC 740, review of state and local taxes, and advising on sales tax audits.
Over the last two years, he has become the resident PPP and employee retention credit expert, optimizing over $10 million worth of forgiveness and credits.
Josh has worked for Rothstein Kass & Co. in a leading private equity and alternative investments group. Prior to that, he worked for BDO, focusing on multi-state consolidations and high net worth individuals.
