Audit Partner Joins the Never Ever Give Up (NEGU) Board
RJI CPAs is excited to announce the appointment of Gordon MacLean to the Board of the Jessie Rees Foundation. Their mission is to encourage every kid fighting cancer to Never Ever Give Up (NEGU). They fulfill their mission by connecting with families, bringing awareness to their stories, offering them a network of resources and encouraging them throughout their journey.
Gordon is the Audit Partner of RJI CPAs, an international accounting firm providing expertise to public, private and nonprofit organizations. He has been in the public accounting business for over 37 years. Gordon spent 20 years at KPMG LLP’s Orange County office prior to joingin RJI in 2011.
“The Jessie Rees Foundation is honored to have Gordon MacLean join our Board of Directors. His professional strengths and caring heart will help us spread more hope, joy, and love to kids and families impacted by childhood cancer,” commented Erik Rees, CEO.
Gordon is deeply engaged in the community. He has served on the Leadership Board of Seneca Orange County, held an Advisory Board position for the California State University, Fullerton Executive Council, and has contributed as a Coach/Manager for Santa Margarita Little League. He’s also an active member and Volunteer at Saddleback Church. In the past, he served on the Board for Canyon Acres Children and Family Services and board chair of United Cerebral Palsy of Orange County.
Gordon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton and is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
